Bryan Gowin has been practicing law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky since 1996. Mr. Gowin is a member of the American Bar Association and its Family Law Section, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Louisville Bar Association and its Family Law Section.
Mr. Gowin has practiced in the following areas of law: civil litigation, criminal defense, traffic court, bad check court, paternity court, divorce litigation, child custody litigation (parents and grandparents), interstate child support litigation, interstate child custody litigation, military divorce litigation (including application of military pensions and benefits), juvenile court, non-support court, dependency court, and domestic violence court.
Mr. Gowin's practice is devoted primarily to the area of family law litigation, however, as the Commonwealth of Kentucky does not certify specialties of law, Mr. Gowin practices in all areas of law including those referenced above.
